GoToMeeting is a software that allows a small group of people to go on teleconferencing even if they did not install big and high-end devices in their system. In fact, this program allows 15 people at maximum to talk in a conference which is not really bad considering that this program is really simple.

All they need is to install the GoToMeeting which is an improved version of the Net meeting. On the other hand, what I like about the GoToMeeting is that not only can it support a small group, it can also support bigger meetings. However, it needs the phone conference in addition to the online meeting it required which is a bit cumbersome for people who do not have devices for phone conference. Moreover, teleconferencing is not the only thing that this software can do since it also allows you to record videos for documentation purposes, send private chat and even do desktop sharing even if you are talking to a business partner somewhere in the globe.

Although this may be the case, I like the fact that GoToMeeting is developing its framework thus it was able to add VoiP which eliminates the need for a second phone conference. This means that the clients can now have teleconference even if they are just using a headset and a microphone attached to their computers.

What is great about GoToMeeting is that it does not have a complicated console thus even a person with shortcomings about computers can still operate it with ease. On the other hand, the program itself is supported by a wide range of operating system (OS) including those belonging from Apple. This means that Mac users can have the same convenience as Window users when it comes to using this program.

However, this program is not free since you have to pay not more than $50 for this device. Now, if you are running a very busy company and you use teleconferencing all the time, and then the $50 fee is somewhat negligible already.
